We offer free ground shipping on all consumer orders of $100 or over in Australia.

We use TOLL IPEC and signature is required upon delivery. We can use Australia Post if requested. Please note that TOLL IPEC does not ship to parcel lockers or PO Boxes.

shipping times

Orders placed on a business day before 12:00 pm AEDT will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm AEDT will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following working business day. Orders shipping to VIC, NSW, QLD + TAS will arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders shipping to NT and SA will arrive in 5-7 business days. Orders shipping to WA will arrive in 7-10 business days.

international shipping

We only ship to Australia and New Zealand from To ship from our global warehouses located in Canada, US and the UK please visit our global web shop pages. If you choose to ship internationally from any of our web shops, international shipping charges will be included in your order depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will also be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be imposed upon the shipment arriving in the selected country which are not controlled or issued by aden + anais.


return policy

We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, not to worry. We will happily accept returns for unused merchandise in its original condition at time of purchase.

+ For items purchased on, we will happily exchange the product for another if you are unhappy with the original product purchase. We simply ask the returned item be in its original packaging. Please contact if you would like to make an exchange.

The shipping cost of a returned item is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Along with your returned item, please include the following information: name, address, phone number, your original order number, and the details of the item you wish to exchange it for.

Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the desired item within two business days. We will contact you for your credit card information if there is a balance due for the new item before shipping it out.
